Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, RFQ, or contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, work email, company, country, phone number, WhatsApp number, and the content of your message, including any project information you choose to share.

When you browse the Website, we may collect technical and usage data, including IP address, browser and device information, the page you submitted from, referring URL, and marketing parameters such as UTM tags. Analytics and advertising data collected through non-essential cookies is handled separately and only after you give the relevant cookie consent.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include it in inquiry messages.

- respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide technical and sales support;
- manage and route sales leads to the right engineering team, including necessary server-side lead records created when you submit an inquiry;

- Resend for sending inquiry notification emails;
- our CRM system for managing and following up on sales leads;
- PostHog for limited server-side inquiry event records that help us confirm lead processing, de-duplicate submissions, and troubleshoot the RFQ workflow; these records are not used to build advertising or browsing behavior profiles when analytics cookies are declined;
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, and PostHog for website analytics and advertising measurement only where consent applies;
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery;
- Upstash Redis for production rate limiting and abuse prevention when production credentials are enabled.
These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. International Data Transfers

Non-essential cookies are not set until you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we apply Google Consent Mode so that analytics and advertising tags respect your selection.
6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and lead data for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our legitimate business and legal purposes.
