Wuling G050 white body online conveyor system
Through renovation and upgrade, we successfully developed the G050 Body-in-White (BIW) online conveyor system, adding new functionalities and equipment to the existing production line. This system includes the G050 BIW online entry, overhead conveyor line, and WBS overhead storage slots, enabling the online entry, storage, and sorting of G100/G100P, G050/G150 BIWs, while meeting the manufacturing quality and takt time requirements of the online entry.
Main Functions and Equipment
G050 BIW Online Entry:
– Ensures efficient online entry of G050 BIWs, maintaining manufacturing quality and production takt time.
Overhead Conveyor Line:
– Introduces rotary roller beds and rails at different angles to achieve quick transfer of skids.
– Adds two sets of skids dedicated to G050 BIWs, using elevators, transverse shifters, and transfer machines to lift G050/G100/G100P/G150 BIWs and skids to the second-level conveyor platform.
WBS Overhead Storage Slots:
– Achieves efficient storage and sorting of BIWs, enhancing the flexibility and responsiveness of the production line.
Electrical System Upgrade
AGV Control System Upgrade:
– Upgraded the AGV control system of the existing G100 production line to enable simultaneous operation of two vehicle models.
WBS ANDON System Improvement:
– Improved the WBS ANDON system for the G200P model to meet the control requirements for single or cross online entry of four vehicle models.
