The Foton P4 Pickup Chassis Robotic Welding Production Line project aims to enhance the production efficiency and welding quality of pickup chassis. This production line is primarily used for the sub-assembly welding of pickups and the robotic welding of the chassis body. Equipment and Technology-Robotic Welding
This project utilizes a total of 23 welding machines, including:
– 7 American Lincoln Ultra-Low Spatter Welders**: Used for the intermittent welds of crossbeam bodies, ensuring stable and high-quality welding.
– 16 Japanese Dual-Pulse OTC Welders**: Used for the long welds of longitudinal beams and chassis bodies, providing precise and efficient welding results.
